WASC's Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, headed by an Executive Committee and comprised of 6 standing committees, sets policy and oversees the management of WASC.

Current Members:

	President Frank A. Grant (January 2009 - recent)   The chief elected corporate officer and Chair of the Board of Directors		Vice President Peter Martin Thrush (May 2009 - recent)   Acts in place of president if directed and performs duties as assigned by the president
	Director for Strategic Planning Amanda Charlie (June 2008 - recent)   Responsible for developing AAVC's long-range goals and priorities		Treasurer Eddie Gordon (January 2010 - recent)   Develops budget for upcoming fiscal year and Create monthly reports of the WASC's financial status
	Fund Advisory Committee Chair Sam Thomas (September 2007 - recent)   Serves in an advisory capacity to the Annual Fund Office		Secretary Sarah David (August 2007 - recent)   Records meetings of the WASC Board of Directors and committee meetings
